Henry's journey in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is shaped by player choices, impacting the narrative and relationships. This guide highlights key choices encountered in the game and their consequences, including the relevant stats at the time of each decision. Remember that the Persuasion system means your Henry's stats might not always allow you to select every dialogue option, depending on who you're interacting with.

Kingdom Come Deliverance 2: Choices Guides

Why Should I Trust You (Story Quest): This initial choice's stat requirements depend on your chosen playstyle (Soldier, Envoy, Scout). Regardless of your initial choice, selecting "Do we really look like bandits to you?" will earn the soldier's trust.Who The Hell Are You And What Are You Doing Here (Story Quest): Encountered at Bozhena's hut when approached by a group of men.

• We're messengers: Henry is deceived, leading to combat.
• You're Looking In The Wrong Place (5): Failure leads to combat.
• Clear Off (11): Success intimidates the men, avoiding combat.
• We Sent Them Away (5): Failure leads to combat.

Besides, if I do yield, it's the rope for me anyway (The Jaunt Quest): This choice during "The Jaunt" usually results in combat.

• You leave me with no choice: Combat ensues.
• You never know what might happen (6): Failure requires incapacitating the hand.
• You're no match for me (9): Failure requires incapacitating the hand.
• Can't you think of any other solution?: This allows for accepting a bribe to let the hand go free. Refusing the bribe returns you to the other combat options.

Necessary Evil (Lord Von Bergow & Old Semine Choice): A main story quest where Henry and Hans face a difficult choice after torturing a prisoner. If you extract information, you can choose to inform Lord Von Bergow about Old Semine's betrayal.

• If You Tell Lord Bergow About Old Semine: A later confrontation at Old Semine offers a choice to side with either Old Semine or Lord Bergow's men (only if you mix your responses between both parties during the confrontation).
• If You Don't Tell Lord Bergow About Old Semine: At the Old Semine confrontation, you will be forced to side with Old Semine and kill Lord Bergow's men.
• If You Choose To Side With Hashek: Hashek and his soldiers kill everyone, including Lord Semine and his men, and anyone they find while searching for Olda. You can let Olda escape, but Hashek will raze the town. Reporting this to Lord Bergow results in his outrage at Hashek, but no further consequences.
• If You Choose To Side With Olda: You must kill Hashek and his men. You then tell Olda and his father to flee while you burn down Old Semine. When reporting to Lord Bergow, Hans lies about the events. Admitting to killing Hashek leads to a game over (execution).

Later in the story, information comes to light that paints the Semines in a more positive light. Siding with Olda is generally considered the "good guy" path.
