Silkspeed Anklets in Hollow Knight: Silksong

The Silkspeed Anklets are a powerful tool that significantly boosts Hornet's sprint speed, allowing for much faster traversal of the vast world of Pharloom. This yellow-coded tool consumes your Silk reserves while active, so you must manage your resources carefully to maximize its use. You will first encounter the path to the Anklets in the Far Fields, but you'll need to defeat a few key bosses and acquire specific abilities before you can claim them.

Requirements for Obtaining the Silkspeed Anklets

The Silkspeed Anklets are not available from the start. You must complete the following milestones on your journey through Pharloom before you can access them:

• Defeat Moorwing: This is an optional boss located in Greymoor. To find him, head left from the local Bell Beast station and look for a fake wall. Breaking through it will lead you to this boss. Defeating Moorwing also helps you gain access to the Bellhart area.
• Defeat Sister Splinter: This boss is located near the top of Shellwood. You can start your ascent from either Bellhart or the Shellwood eastern bench. Use the white flowers to climb and follow the path to a nearby elevator shortcut, which will take you to her location. Defeating Sister Splinter is crucial as it grants you the Cling Grip ability, which is necessary for wall jumping and navigating the world.
• Defeat Widow: This boss fight teaches Hornet the Needolin skill. Once you obtain this skill, you can play a musical tune by pressing the Triangle/Y button on your controller. This ability is required to open specific doors throughout the game, including the "Weaver door" that guards the Silkspeed Anklets.

Make sure you are well-prepared for these boss fights and have these abilities before attempting to get the Anklets.

Where to Find the Silkspeed Anklets

Once you have met the requirements, you can head to the Far Fields to collect the Silkspeed Anklets.

• Start your journey from the Seamstress, the friendly NPC in the Far Fields where you first learn the glide ability.
• From the Seamstress's location, follow the lower path to the right.
• Continue along this path until you reach a large, sealed Weaver door.
• Stand in front of the door and play the Needolin song. The music will cause the door to open, granting you access to the Weavenest Cindril, a hidden sub-area.
• Inside the Weavenest, you will be faced with a platforming challenge thatrequires you to keep moving without stopping. The platforms will appearand disappear, so you must maintain your momentum.
• A large structure will rise near the end of this platforming section. The Silkspeed Anklets are waiting for you at the top of this structure.
• Successfully navigate the platforms and reach the top to claim your reward.

Silkspeed Anklets Overview

The Silkspeed Anklets are a yellow-coded tool that, when equipped, allowsHornet to move significantly faster by holding the R2/RT button. This ability makes traversing the vast kingdom of Pharloom much quicker. Remember, using the Anklets consumes your Silk meter, so you must carefully manage your resources to use them effectively.
