While not as frequently used as some other materials, starfish are essential for crafting a new tool. This guide details where to find starfish and how they're used.

Hello Kitty Island Adventure: Where to Find Starfish

Starfish are found in Rainbow Reef, specifically in and around the ruins surrounding Comedy Hall.

• Rainbow Reef Area: Swim down the path behind Comedy Hall to find visitor cabins. Look for starfish on the nearby pillars and rocks.
• Spawning Locations: Starfish only spawn on rocks and pillars in the Rainbow Reef area. They will not spawn on coral (like coral milk), or on the Rainbow Reef road (like trash or seashells).
• Respawning: If youstray too far from the starfish spawning areas, you can quickly warpback and forth to the Comedy Hall Mailbox to refresh the area.
• Prerequisite: Snorkel:You cannot collect starfish until you have crafted the Snorkel. TheSnorkel crafting plan is obtained by starting the "Deep Diving"friendship quest, which unlocks when Kuromi reaches Friendship Level 6.
• Stamina Apples: It's recommended to have 1-2 Stamina Apples before you begin your starfish search, as diving consumes stamina.

  • Crafting the Bubble Wand: After retrieving the Bubble Wand Plans from treasure chests near theSunken Ship, Hot Springs, and Crystal Cave, speak to Chococat near theResort Gate to receive the finalized crafting plans. You only need tocraft the Bubble Wand once.
