Fisch: How To Get The Seraphic Rod

Similar to the No Life Rod, the Seraphic Rod is unlocked by reaching a specific player level. To obtain the Seraphic Rod, you must reach level 1,000. This level cap was introduced with the Atlantis update, previously being 750.

Reaching level 1,000 requires significant time investment, as there's no AFKoption.
