To open a chest, you need to find and place the correct rods in each of the empty slots. The key to solving these puzzles lies in a detail that is easy to miss: both the symbol and the color of the rods must match the puzzle's requirements.

• The Problem: Many players correctly match the symbol on the Lymbic Rod to the symbol next to the slot on the chest but fail to notice that the colors do not match. When this happens, the chest will not open, and the game will give you the "The rods were pushed out" message, indicating that your combination is incorrect despite the symbols being right.
• The Solution: You must find a Lymbic Rod with the correct symbol and the correct color. The color of the required rods is indicated by the color of the symbol at the very top of the chest. The end of the correct rod will be the same color as the corresponding symbol on the chest.
