Godfall is a new looter-slasher game that has just been released for PS5 and PC through the Epic Games Store and developed by Counterplay Games and published by Gearbox Software with a mechanic similar to Destiny 2 for which they have played the same.
The game is about you being a character named Orin, who works together with a strange being named Seventh Sanctum in an effort to save the world from an evil being named Macros. It turns out that the game can perform a cooperative mode so if you are interested in this option, in this guide we will teach everything about cooperative mode online with friends.
First of all, you should know that online matchmaking is not available in the game, which means that you can only play with people from your friends list on PS5 or the Epic Games Store.With that said, make sure you have added your friends to your friends list. Once you've completed the tutorial level in the Solar Forge temple, you can start embarking on quests together with friends.
Choose which mission you want to do as a group and then press the triangle button or the Y button if you are playing on a PC with an Xbox controller to invite a friend to your session. This will open your friends list and you can invite anyone who already has the game.
You can have up to three players in total for your online cooperative sessions. Once everyone is loaded, they can play the missions together so it will speed up the completion of the mission.
