Start your search for the first Godzilla Evacuation Shelter sign by landing at the Canyon Crossing point of interest and acquiring a vehicle to begin your journey. Head east along the rod and drive straight through to the tunnel entrance. Pull over and find the first Godzilla Evacuation Shelter sign on your right. Walk towards it and interact with it to place the poster.
Head back to the car and drive through the tunnel, looking for another entrance way to the south. On the left-hand side is a glowing light that, if interacted with, moves the poster in place and allows you to access the final two locations.
