• The Fortress of Solitude is a Landmark situated in the bottom-left (southwest) part of the map. It's found within the snowy biome, directly south of Canyon Crossing and southwest of Reckless Railways. Its distinctive crystalline blue structure makes it easy to spot from the air.

Optimal Chest-Hunting Route:

The Fortress of Solitude typically spawns well over 8 chests pergame, giving you ample opportunities. Here's a recommended route tomaximize your chances:

High Ground First (Recommended Landing):

• For the quickest start and initial gear, consider landing directly on the very top of the crystal castle or on a nearby high hill. This gives you immediate access to chests and a tactical advantage for combat.
• There are usually chests located on the roof or upper platforms, making it a good starting point.

Exterior Sweep:

• Once you've secured the top, work your way down the outskirts of the crystal base. Many chests are scattered around the exterior.
• You can also "dig" inside certain parts of the Fortress. By crouching and destroying specific rocks with your pickaxe along the crystal structure's exterior, you can sometimes reveal hidden passages or small alcoves containing chests.

Main Hall and Interior Exploration:

• The Fortress has an open front door, allowing you to easily walk inside.
• The central Superman pedestal in the main hall is a common chest spawn point, often with two chestsnearby. Be quick here, as this area tends to attract competition.
• Look for other chests scattered around the ground level of the interior.

Upper Levels and Parkour:

• Behind the central pedestal, a staircase leads to an upper balcony area, where more chests are often hidden near broken ice slabs and ledges.
• To access even higher rooms and additional chests, utilize Fortnite's movement mechanics:
  • Sprint and Jump Against Walls: By sprinting and jumping towards walls, you can gain a jump boost thatallows you to climb up the Fortress of Solitude's crystal formations.
  • Parkour: Use these jump boosts and any available ledges to parkour your way toupper rooms and eventually the very roof if you didn't land thereinitially. More chests are usually located in these elevated internaland external sections.
