To find this Manor you must go northeast of Holly Hedges. The new area consists of a large dog house and some rocks on a raised dirt mound. Underneath, you can find some ant tunnels and even some ant eggs. There are also some discarded dog toys.
There are plenty of loot to take advantage of here too. A rare chest can appear near the dog's bowl if you are very lucky, and it seems that there is always at least one chest in the tunnels.
