All three Republic Outposts are located in the southeast region of the island, specifically along the road that connects Masked Meadows and Seaport City.

South of Masked Meadows: This outpost is situated directly on the road between Spiral Shoots and Masked Meadows. It's quite noticeable due to the presence of a large ship (though, as you mentioned, it's not flyable).

North of Masked Meadows: Head directly north from the Masked Meadows POI. You'll find this Republic Outpost located on the road as it curves around this area. Simply follow the main road heading north from Masked Meadows, and you'll run right into it.

South of Seaport City: This outpost is located on the road between Seaport City and Shining Span. It's a bit further south compared to the other two, but if you follow the main road heading south from Seaport City, you'll encounter it.

To fulfill the daily quest requiring you to visit different Republic Outposts, you only need to visit two of the three locations detailed above. The most efficient way tocomplete this quickly is to visit the two Republic Outposts located near Masked Meadows, as they are relatively close to each other, makingtraversal easy.
