The first thing you have to know is that Skyrise occurs on a specific day, with a party every two hours in a 24-hour period, and then pause for two real days, before returning with the parties every two hours and repeating the cycle.In order to access a Fête, you will need to ensure that you have unlocked the Disciple of the Hand or Disciple of the Earth jobs.
