You can find Konogg in Komra in Kholusia, where you will have to interact with the dwarf to start making amends.After this you must access the first mission of Tower at Paradigm’s Breach, which will give you a boss of the excavation site in Komra. So you will have to interact to be able to access Konogg, Alone, and get to the Brave New World mission, which will allow you to access Nier's latest raid, without ending the story of YoRHa: Dark Apocolypse.
When you manage to access the weekly missions that conclude Nier's story, you will have to access and complete the first of them, which will allow you to unlock the second one a week later until eliminating it for the last mission.
