How to Find The Don:

Head south of Base Camp.

Then, move a bit southwest of Googlierre’s Tower.

Once you locate and speak to him for the first time, he will ask you a question about food (e.g., "Are you a carnivore, or a herbivore?"). Any answer will suffice.

After this initial conversation, The Don's location will consistently appear on your map as a seller, marked by a bag icon, making him easier to track down in the future.

Alternatively, Beast Hide can be dropped by defeating enemies like Forest Panthers (Lulab Forest on Faraway Island), Sandzards (Tropica Isles), and Greater Sandzards (Da Finci Cave on Faraway Island).
