• Complete early story missions until you gain access to Ginormosia.
• Establish your Base Camp in the region.

Once this is done, you’re ready to find the merchant who sells the Black Horse.

Step 2: Locate The Don (Traveling Merchant)

After setting up your Base Camp, head southwest of Googlierre’s Tower. Here, you’ll encounter The Don, a wandering merchant who occasionally stocks the Black Horse Mount.
