With our help you will see that knowing How to manage tunnel cough in Fallout London is easier than you think.

The more dangerous opponent in Fallout London, however, would be a noxious atmospheric pollutant referred to as the miasma. This is a formidable, insidious substance, slowly chipping away at a player's health based on how much one is exposed to it. In case this is not handled in the most dangerous instance, then players progress through a crippling illness called tunnel cough and, at the worst scenario, death. Players have to devise ways on how to minimize the effects of this poisonous air and survive in a world full of toxic waste. Fortunately, there are ways around this danger, especially for those playing through the central quest line.

How to cure tunnel cough in Fallout London

To handle, and ultimately cure, tunnel cough, a player must scavenge and equip a working gas mask. Sure, broken gas masks can be found on enemies like Hooligans, but an actual one that works is needed here for survival. As the player progresses through the central storyline, a suitable gas mask will be acquired. This critical element will be obtained from a key conversation with the Tommies, a group located within the Imperial War Museum on the western side of town. You will come across this group while following the quest for the mysterious character known as Lazarus.

One of the Tommies' quests will reward a gas mask. This will become essential equipment to navigate the heavily tunnel cough-infested northeast portion of the map. Much more importantly, the gas mask is needed for much of the main story, as many of the subsequent areas are riddled with the crippling condition.

For those who have already traveled in such contaminated areas, unprotected, the tunnel cough will surely set in. The equipping of the gas mask will begin a gradual process of healing. Those who continue to explore such dangerous areas without it will find the condition persists, making passage at large through Hackney, Islington, many of the main story tunnels, and several hospitals and train stations that dot the north part of the map laborious.

Mod

Contracting tunnel cough before the main quest is very dangerous. In contrast to other temporary diseases, this one is permanent and can kill the character at random. Luckily, there are a couple of ways to make things easier on the player.

What really makes this at least a viable solution is a mod on Nexusmods that turns the cough into a timed affliction rather than a full-blown infection, reducing its threat. Those seeking something more immediate and permanent will naturally gravitate toward console commands. Using the "help cough 4" command allows one to find the spell ID used for the next command, "player.removeSpell [ID]." Note that some IDs require players to use "07" instead of its full value.

It is worth noting that these methods are tools to overcome one early game hurdle, not a crutch to guide them through everything. Using them too excessively could make the game too easy and not as rewarding.

This is all that is required regarding How to manage tunnel cough in Fallout London, you just have to follow the instructions to achieve this important progress for this busy game.
