Traditions and customs
To complete the latter part of the Easy Money – Part 1, one will have to head to Scav Base on the Customs map and place the poster, carefully in the dormitory on the first floor. You will be able to stash the poster under any of the five beds on ground level to complete the objective. The interactive map for Customs shows Scav Base marked as the stronghold where you'll need to post it. You won't need to stay in location after placing the poster to complete the job.
Fortunately, you don't have to run out and immediately complete the second part of this quest. The poster can be saved into your off-raid Quest Inventory that's in the character menu until you're ready to take care of this final task. Completion of the series of quests will unlock the following rewards.

Grind Ways to Raise Your Loyalty with Ref
Ref is a specialist in providing rare and powerful guns, different types of ammunition, and upgrades for the arsenal. Getting Ref as a trader does not mean that right after his acquaintance, you will get access to everything he can offer. As well as all the other in-game NPCs, you will need to increase your loyalty level with Ref to open more elite deals of his.
There are three different ways to increase your loyalty.
- Pumping up your character's skills
- Buying and selling items through Ref
- Completing Ref-assigned missions.
Every trader, including Ref, has four levels of loyalty that take much time, money, and stamina to reach. At the highest level of loyalty with Ref, you have to achieve a player level of 35 and retain your reputation above 1.20. If you focus your attention on meeting the previous levels of requirements needed in gaining loyalty, you'll work your way up the ladder to get the most exclusive deals from Ref.
