Inside the Water Treatment Plant Storage Key are two additional Technical Supply Crates that can be looted. If you run Lighthouse frequently, it is worth getting the key because it is cheap.
If you push outside the water treatment plant, don't forget to loot the warehouse by the railyard for extra technological loot. The lighthouse has technical loot spawns of "military" grade equipment such as phased arrays, Military Corrugated Tubes, Military Cables, and so on.
