One piece of advice before you begin going: disable Pretty Leaves:

  • Launch the Settings app.
  • Press the tab for Display.
  • "Small Foliage" can be had.
  • Exit this mode.

This shrub is common throughout the region, but growing Stinging Nettles may be slightly easier in a few specific areas. Collecting just enough to cultivate them in your own garden is all that's required. Getting to the north of the Revelwood Tower, at the top of the map, is a good bet. Find the spitting flowers; it's near them.


Alternately, you might go west of the tower in search of the Ancient Obelisk; however, the nearby vegetation may obscure it. In the Dladwyn Forests you can also find Stinging Nettles. Find green shrubs that stand out from the crowd by being higher and wider than the rest.


Just southeast of the Revelwood Ancient Spire is another convenient spot. From there, head southeast in the direction of Elixir Well. It is likely perched on a cliffside that provides a view of a Shrouded region. Unfortunately, you can't trust any of these places. Be cautious, for these monsters are powerful.


It is preferable to cultivate your own at home once you have obtained a few of these seeds. To grow a seedling, you simply need one stinging nettle plant. Growing them is much easier than farming them in the wild because you will be blessed with 5x Stinging Nettle when they sprout.
