The first thing you need to do is head to the Liurnia region, the region above Limgrave beyond Castle Stormveil. To get to this location you will have to go through the Stormveil Castle and eliminate Margit and Godrick. You could take the side path to the cliff east of Castle Stormveil near the broken bridge, and you'll still reach Grace's Cliff which overlooks the lake.

When you reach the site of grace you will have to go down the hill to the lake below > when you arrive you will have to turn and head southeast, until the two portions of land. Here you will find the Stillwater cave, which you can access if you have everything you need to avoid the poison. Enter and go through the poison pools without going down the tunnel. Instead you will have to go up the hill > jump to the other cliffs and keep going until you reach a chamber with a small pool of poison.

Avoid the bats in the room and search through the pool of poison to find the armor set you are looking for.
