The first thing you need to do is head to the Liurnia region, the region above Limgrave beyond Stormveil Castle. You could take the side route to the cliff to the east of Stormveil Castle near the broken bridge, and you will still reach Grace's Cliff overlooking the lake.

When you get to the grace site you will have to head north up the hill to the lake section of the area. The path to the art of weapons is not easy, so you will need to be well prepared.

Stop by the lake heading northeast, past where the academy is. Here you will find a ravine that overlooks the lake and you must follow the water into the ravine. Continue ahead until you reach a dead end with several scaffolds to climb and enter a dungeon. But move past this and keep moving forward to where the rocks are at the end of the ravine to find a beetle.
