Players throughout the DLC pursue the demigod and, at some point in their journey, receive a message that says, "A large rune has broken somewhere." To obtain the Great Rune of Miquella, you must defeat the Scadutree Avatar boss in the Scadutree Base, which is located near the Tree Adoration Pathway grace site. Go down to the crater inside Moorth Ruins and then climb the ladder that will take you to Bonny Village to get here. He goes to the other side of the city and crosses the suspension bridges. Miquella's Great Rune is expected to be used in the battle against the final boss of the DLC.
