How to unlock Omen form in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree?
1. Completing the Dragon Pit
- The starting point is to complete the Dragon Pit dungeon, located in the southern sector of the Plain of Tombs, next to the Suppressing Pillar.
- After beating the dungeon and defeating its boss, the next step is to head south, crossing the Great Altar of Dragon Communion, until you reach the Hidden Tomb of Charo.
2. Locating Charo's Hidden Tomb
- This area is distinguished by its imposing cliffs and its particular red grass, which contrast with the surroundings of the Cerulean Coast.
- From the Grace Point of Charo's Hidden Tomb, head northwest, skirting the cliff, until you locate the entrance to the Lamentator's Jail.
3. Conquering the Lamentator's Jail
- Proceed through the gloomy jail and prepare to face the final boss: the Lamentator.
- This fight will test your skills, as the boss has a devastating attack capable of eliminating you in a single blow.
- If you find yourself in difficulty, do not hesitate to consult specialized guides to defeat him.
4. Obtaining the Lamentator's Mask
- Upon emerging victorious from the battle against the Lamentator, you will be rewarded with the Lamentator's Mask.
- This reusable item will allow you to transform into the Omen Form, as long as you do not have armor equipped.

- The Omen Form persists until the player succumbs in combat.
- Provides a slight boost to the character's defense.
- Increases the player's Arcana by eight points.
