That's right, you'll have to die for the transformation to wear off completely, allowing your character to return to their normal form. Please note that while this is the only way you can remove the dragon form, you will not be able to use the Priestess Heart to transform again since it only happens once. So, if you do not want to use this form yet, it is best that you keep the Heart of the Priestess so that you can transform whenever you consider necessary.
If you have not used this Heart yet, you will have to undress and then consume the Heart of the Priestess in order to obtain the dragon form. It is important that you know that sometimes you will not be able to use the item while you are in the Realm of Shadow, so you will have to return to the Land Between and consume the heart there. This is also functional if you have located the Heart of Rock near the Site of Grace on the side of Jagged Peak Mountain.
