Web/Companion App Solution
Alternatively, you may try deleting your squad through FUT Web/Companion App, according to EA forums. If you cannot access the app even now, you can always make a new account on your computer, PS4, or Xbox and use it to sign in to FC 25. You must be able to access the Web App or Companion App one more time to be able to clear all the squads that are on your account, including active ones. You will have to make an active squad so that it can be removed. If you have already failed to log into the game and you still can't log into the Web App, wait for a few minutes and then try again.
Code Cleaning Strategies
Another possible solution would be using the FUT Companion App, logging out of all accounts, and deleting any custom tactics or formations that may cause problems. Be patient.
A solution that one of the players suggested was to, once you reach the "Welcome to the Club" loading screen, you do nothing with any buttons for 15 minutes. You can then proceed by hitting a button to continue, without freezing. Do try and see if you too get lucky; using this strategy they say they were able to dodge the problem.
Those Benched
As a further troubleshooting measure, you might want to check if any of your reserve players are already in the SBC Duplicate Storage. If so, you can start fresh by transferring the duplicate to your club. Try this workaround suggested by an EA Community Manager to see if it works.
Internet off/on
A way around this is to go into your network settings and shut off your internet connection. When you're ready, boot up the game and advance through the screens to the main menu. You'll want to try and connect to Ultimate Team after you've powered your internet connection back on. Once you do, you can now access UT without seeing the problem screen.
Fix for Console: Clear Cache
Clearing the game cache solves this problem for some of the users of the console. For most consoles, this is as simple as powering down the device and pulling the cord, then waiting a minute or two. In some systems, cached data can be cleared in the settings menu-sometimes under system settings and sometimes under storage settings. You can try to see whether that fixes the issue by rebooting the console afterward.
Players on Loan?
Checking for any players on loan may resolve the problem of duplication in Ultimate Team. For one player, deleting the loan version of Bellingham sorted out the problem. You may wish to check your roster for any other loaned players and consider removing them. Next, you would need to reload the game to see if that solves the issue.
Been a player of Previous games?
This workaround can be attempted with older EA/FIFA games: Launch FIFA 23 (or FC24), put in your credentials, and go to Ultimate Team. The next step is to close Ultimate Team and go out of the game. After that, go back to FC 25 and give Ultimate Team another go. This strange solution may not work for everyone, but it has helped some.
