How To Skip Dying Light The Beast Intro Videos

After a series of recent PC games that have struggled with performance and optimization, Techland has once again proven its technical prowess with the release of Dying Light: The Beast. The game runs exceptionally well on both PC and consoles, boasting smooth frametimes and a wide range of customizable graphics settings. For PC players, this means a high-quality, stable experience right out of the box.To further streamline the experience, players can take advantage of a simple console command that allows them to skip the intro videos and splash screens, saving precious time and getting them into the action faster.

How to Skip Intro Videos in Dying Light: The Beast

Just like in its predecessors, Dying Light and Dying Light 2: Stay Human, you can use a launch command to bypass the introductory logos andwarnings that play every time you start the game. This simple trick is a great quality-of-life improvement, allowing you to go straight to themain menu.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to implement this command:

Close the Game: Ensure that Dying Light: The Beast is not currently running on your computer.

Open Steam: Navigate to your Steam Library.

Access Game Properties: Right-click on Dying Light: The Beast in your game list. From the dropdown menu, select Properties.

Enter the Launch Command: In the "General" tab of the properties window, you will see a section at the bottom labeled "LAUNCH OPTIONS". Click on this box and enter the following command:

-nologos

Save and Close: Once you have entered the command, you can close the properties window. Steam will automatically save your changes.

The next time you launch Dying Light: The Beast from your Steam library, you will be taken directly to the "Press anykey" screen, completely skipping all the initial developer logos andintro videos.
