The Silos Safe Zone in Dying Light: The Beast is a challenging but rewarding location to secure in the Farmlands. Not only does it provide a much-needed haven from the infected, but it also contains the Legendary Sawblade Launcher, a powerful weapon that can make short work of groups of enemies.This guide will walk you through the process of restoring power to the Silos, securing the safe zone, and locating the coveted Sawblade Launcher.

The Silos Safe Zone Puzzle

The Silos Safe Zone is located at the very top of a series of large, interconnected silos. The area is difficult to reach, requiring a combination of parkour skills and a keen eye for climbing paths. The enemies in this region are also more formidable than those in earlier parts of the game, so it's recommended that you are at least Level 6-8 before attempting to secure this zone.Your primary objective is to restore power to the facility by connecting a long cable to two power sources.

Silos Safe Zone Puzzle Solution

• Climb the Silos: Begin by parkouring your way up theoutside of the silo structures. Be careful with your jumps, and don'tmiss the rope swing that helps you reach the higher platforms. On yourway up, make sure to unlock and drop the two ladders you find. Theseladders serve as a crucial shortcut, allowing you to quickly get back to a lower platform if you make a mistake or fall.
• Grab the Cable: Once you've reached the top of the silos, you'll need to fight off thezombies that are roaming the area. After the area is clear, head to theright side of the platform where you'll find a cable hanging from thepower source. Grab the cable to start the puzzle.
• Descend with the Cable: The next step is the trickiest. You need to carefully descend the silos while holding the cable. The key is to keep the cable straight andprevent it from getting too long or snagged. Use the ladders you dropped on your way up to make your descent easier and safer.
• Connect to the Circuit Box: Your destination is the first platform you reached after starting yourclimb. Look for the circuit box in the corner and connect the cable toit. This will complete the circuit and restore power to the Silos SafeZone, securing it for you and your fellow survivors.

The Legendary Sawblade Launcher

As a reward for securing the Silos Safe Zone, you will gain access to the Legendary Sawblade Launcher blueprint. This powerful ranged weapon is perfect for taking on groupsof enemies. The Sawblade Launcher fires a single spinning sawblade thatcan tear through multiple enemies in a single shot.

You can craft ammunition for the Sawblade Launcher in the ammo section of your crafting menu. The required materials are Scraps, Leather, and Blades, which can be found by looting and dismantling weapons and other items throughout the game.
