How To Find And Unlock Safe Spot in Dying Light The Beast

In the treacherous world of Dying Light: The Beast, finding a safe place to rest is a matter of survival. Safe Spots and Safe Zones are havens from the infected, providing a place to hide, heal, and prepare for the dangers of the night. These areas are not only essential for survival but also offer valuable rewards for those who take the time to restore them.There are two main types of safe areas:

• Safe Spots: These are typically small, simple locations like wooden towers, scattered throughout the map. They contain a bed for sleeping and a stash bag for storing items.
• Safe Zones: These are larger, more complex structures, such as old buildings or homes. They require more effort to restore but often contain a workbench for crafting and a more valuable reward.

Before you attempt to restore a safe area, make sure you have a few essential items on hand, such as bandages, grenades, and lockpicks.

How to Find and Unlock Safe Spots and Safe Zones

Every safe area requires power to be functional. The process for restoring power depends on the type of safe area.

• For Safe Spots (Wooden Towers): These are the easiest to restore. All you need to do is climb to the top of the tower and switch the power back on.
• For Safe Zones (Buildings): Restoring a Safe Zone is more involved. You will need to clear the area of all infected, fix broken power cables and fuse boxes, and barricade all entrances to secure the location.

Upon successfully restoring a Safe Spot or Safe Zone, you will be rewarded with valuable items, ranging from blueprints and rare weapons to clothing and other useful gear. You will also be rewarded with a certain amount of XP for your efforts.

• Gas Station Voltage Pole: Safe Spot. Reward: Shock Arrows Rare Blueprint and 2,000 XP.
• Highway Bus Refuge: Safe Zone. Reward: The Rust Rare Weapon Blueprint and 3,000 XP.
• Chimney's Tower: Safe Spot (requires Grappling Hook). Reward: Parkour Trophy Epic Charm, Merc Combat Pants Epic Joggers, and 2,000 XP.
• Cargo Station Tower: Safe Spot. Reward: Bleeding Knife Blueprint and 2,000 XP.
• Old Hideout: Safe Zone. Reward: Workout Rare Weapon Blueprint and 3,000 XP.

Recreation Zone
