The goal is to take the power cables and connect them to specific generators, so you can unlock the doors and move on.
How to solve the Garrison Electrical Station Puzzle in Dying Light 2?
The first thing you have to do is pull the wire from the green generator marked "A" > plug the same wire into the red generator marked "A" > open the metal door > take the wire from the same red generator marked "A" an "A" after opening the door > plug the same wire into the red generator marked "B" > press the button to open door "B" > walk through door "B" until you reach a wall and turn to the right > go up the yellow tube to the first landing > head through another metal door and turn left > grab the green generator wire marked "1" > unlock the metal door > go through the metal door > turn left and drop down > head towards door "B" but don't go through it > find the ledges above door "B" > go up two levels > head through the open double door > plug in the same wire at red generator "C" > go back through the double doors > turn left > open door marked "C" > take the wire from the green terminal marked "2" > go back through door "C" and drop as far as possible. You will come to a set of rooms, and you will come to a flooded area.
Plug the same wire into the red generator marked "2" > use the floating crates to reach an open vent in the wall, as the water is now electrified > continue through the vent until you reach the other side of the wall leading to the previous staircase.
Remove the wire from the red generator marked "C" > Plug that same wire into the red generator marked "1"
