Once you’re there, you will have to jump down into the well and make your way to the bottom. At the bottom of the well, you will find the entrance to the second secret chest. 

To open the chest, you will have to complete a few tasks. You will have to jump up and reach a platform located at the top of the area. Once you’re up there, you will have to use your Ghost to interact with the three pressure plates located there. Once all three plates are activated, the chest will be unlocked and you can acquire the rewards.
