Deltarune is packed with secrets, but few are as intriguing as the mysterious Egg Rooms. These hidden areas contain collectible Eggs that don’t provide gameplay benefits—yet their bizarre nature and the enigmatic cloaked NPC tied to them have captivated fans.

How to Find Every Egg in Deltarune

Chapter 1 Egg Location

The first Egg is hidden in the Dark World’s bell tower area, where giant bird statues loom.

Progress through Chapter 1 until you reach the rooms with the bell and Starwalker NPC.

Walk back and forth between these two rooms—there’s a small random chance an Egg Room will spawn.

If successful, you’ll warp to a red-tree area with a cloaked figure.

Go behind the tree and interact.

When asked, select "Yes" to receive the Egg.

(Tip: This may take multiple attempts due to the low spawn rate!)

Chapter 2 Egg Location

After the traffic light minigame, Kris gets hit by a car, leading to a fake "Game Over."

In the Alleyway, look for a dumpster with tree graffiti.

Walk repeatedly between the Alley and the main City area.

Eventually, a hidden room will appear with the same cloaked NPC behind a tree.

Choose "Yes" when prompted to claim the Egg.

Chapter 3 Egg Location (Most Complex!)

This Egg requires multiple steps in the TV World.

Complete the quiz segments and solve the river crossing puzzle (use Susie to throw a block).

Enter the Green Room, talk to the suspicious NPC, and select:

• "Cheater" → "Nowhere."

Cross the bridge in Nowhere, press a button, and progress until you meet a screen NPC.

Talk to them repeatedly until a wardrobe appears—open it to get a Trip Ticket.

Use the ticket at the warp door to Goulden Sam.

Inspect a closed dumpster to trigger a hidden battle.

During the battle:

• Open the ACT menu but press the left arrow key instead of selecting an action.
• You’ll warp to the Forgotten Isle.
• Behind the tree, speak to the cloaked NPC and answer:

After this, you’ll receive the Egg.

Chapter 4 Egg Location

The final Egg is in the second sanctuary hallway (stained-glass windows area).

Look for a window with an egg-shaped top near the end.

Walk into it repeatedly—like before, it has a low chance to trigger the Egg Room.

Inside, explore the hospital-like lobby and find a door with a tree drawing.

Enter the dark room and move around until dialogue appears.

You’ll see:

• "There is a man here. He seems to be pointing at something and nodding."
• "There is a Canvas here. Will you draw?"

Select "Yes"—after a short scene, you’ll automatically get the Egg.

⚠️ Important: Do this before obtaining the Shadow Mantle, or the room becomes inaccessible!
