Stars are a unique collectible in Blue Prince, exclusively obtained by interacting with the secret room known as the Observatory. While you accumulate Stars over multiple days, understanding how to use them and the rewards they unlock might not be immediately obvious. This guide will illuminate the connection between Stars and the various Constellations you can discover, along with their benefits.

Blue Prince :  All Constellations for the Observatory

You can find a complete list of all the Constellations you can unlock within the book located inside the Observatory room itself. Importantly, Stars are one of the few items that persist between days. This means you can continuously build up your Star count and unlock increasingly valuable rewards over your playthrough. There are a total of eleven Constellations to discover in Blue Prince.

Combining Constellation Rewards:

It's important to note that having a Star count that doesn't directly match the requirements for a single Constellation will result in a combination of rewards from lower-ranked Constellations that add up to your current Star total.

• Example: If you have nine Stars, you will receive the benefits of a combination of Constellations that total nine Stars, such as the reward from Diamondus Minor (4 Stars, +1 gem) and The Southern Cross (5 Stars, rooms with four doors are more common) occurring simultaneously.

How to Get (and Use) Stars in Blue Prince:

The method for obtaining Stars is consistent: you must draft the Observatory room. Each time you draft the Observatory, your Star count will increase by one.

To actually utilize your accumulated Stars and receive their daily benefits, you need to interact with the telescope inside the Observatory:

Raise the Telescope: Upon entering the Observatory, locate the wheel near the stairs. Turn this wheel once to lift the telescope up towards the open slit in the ceiling.

Orient the Telescope: Next, find the crank attached to the telescope. Keep turning this crank until the telescope is facing outwards through the opening in the ceiling.

Daily Benefits: Oncethe telescope is correctly positioned, it should remain pointing in theright direction for subsequent days. All you need to do each day afterdrafting the Observatory and ensuring the telescope is aligned is to look through the eyepiece of the telescope to receive your daily benefits based on the Constellations you have unlocked with your current Star count.

List of Constellations and Their Rewards:

Here is a list of all eleven Constellations and the rewards they provide based on the number of Stars required to unlock them:

• North Star: 1 Star, +1 gold Blue Prince coins.
• The Twins: 2 Stars, two Blue Prince locked trunks appear in the starting room.
• The Slice: 3 Stars, +3 steps.
• Diamondus Minor: 4 Stars, +1 gem.
• The Southern Cross: 5 Stars, rooms with four doors are more common.
• Farmer's Apple: 7 Stars, apples eaten give +5 steps.
• Clavis, the Key: 8 Stars, +1 key.
• Diamondus Major: 11 Stars, +5 Blue Prince gems.
• Draxus, the Dead: 12 Stars, Dead End rooms are more common.
• The Sail: 15 Stars, everything is 50% off in the stores.
• Florealla, Bloom of the Sky: 20 Stars, green rooms are more likely to contain special flowers.

By consistently drafting the Observatory and interacting with thetelescope, you can steadily accumulate Stars and unlock a variety ofvaluable daily benefits that can significantly aid your exploration andresource gathering within the Mt.
