While dealing with and defeating the Patient 13 is included in this fight, the most important part is the setup. We start by observing the fighting style of this monster. Once you deplete one-third of the Patient 13's life, the three stages of its battle are activated.
In the first and easiest stage, you only need to avoid the tentacles that can slam attack and do a great deal of damage. Its shoulders are good places to look for light orbs. Hit these, and critical damage and a rapid loss of one-third life can be yours. Note, however, that when taking damage, one of the orbs will shift to different color.
Caring for the gas pores on Patient 13 in Phase 2 really ramps up the danger. Hit the bright yellow puss with the tentacles to produce said effect. Once you do, the monster lights up orange, and you can blast it in the mouth. You can never let your guard down; the tentacles will crush down on you at any moment. Moving sideways across the map is constant necessity to avoid gas damage.
The third phase is straight out of a horror movie; you have to start fighting off hordes of undead. There are Amalgams, Manglers, and Armored Zombies included, making them more difficult to get rid of. During this stage, Patient 13's attacks have upgraded, wherein the tongue becomes the biggest danger. You only can shoot the orbs on its shoulders to get away from its jaw-dragging grasp. Unless you're fully armored and healthy, you almost definitely die if you're spat out.
At long last, the weak point of Patient 13 will reveal itself-its flashing eyes. At this stage, however, it's crucial to avoid the tentacles, which will knock you down right away, making things worse for your team in case they are hit. The Chopper Gunner is your best option to kill this ghost once and for all.
Lethal ways to survive Black Ops 6 zombie mode and defeat Patient 13. In bringing down this beast, one would require a team of four really coordinated players since one cannot end any run in Directed mode without being killed or having completed the objective. Then, two of you need to focus on shooting Patient 13 while the other two handle the zombies. This way, it not only cuts casualties for both you and your allies but also kills two birds with one stone.
In ideal conditions, a launcher and Full Auto Gobblegum is a great combo, though less than perfect. A really great, a bit more accessible alternative would be Akimbo GS 45's Mustang and Sally. Bring their Pack-A-Punch to Level 3 using the Salvage to level it up to Legendary. That should be your top priority. Also of great use is the Chopper Gunner scorestreak and the Beamsmasher to Pack-A-Punch Level 2.
My perks will be Juggermod, Speed Cola, and Deadshot Daiquiri. PHD Flopper will do the trick if your intention is to increase explosive damage. If you are a Gobblegum whose teammates are in super tight situations, then Phoenix Up would be the best option.
Don't be put off by the first couple of failures, but what matters is getting past the hard battles. You can learn a lot and level up your Season 1 fight pass in no time-even at death.
