Today we bring you an explanatory guide on All Hinox locations map in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom with precise details.
In Tears of the Kingdom, Link faces up against some of Zelda's most legendary enemies. The Hinox is one such enemy; it is a gigantic, savage one-eyed hog boss that Link must overcome. As you journey around Hyrule, you encounter several of these large and frightening creatures.
There are so many of them that it is difficult to pinpoint where they are in Hyrule. But it's worth it since every time you drop a Hinox, you get rare materials for cooking and monster parts. In Tears of the Kingdom (TotK), here is how to locate every Hinox:
Distinctions between TotK's Red, Blue, and Black Hinox
The TotK Hinox are available in three different colors: red, blue, and black. Red Hinox are the mildest; you'll likely find them dozing off and without armour most of the time. The Blue Hinox is a smarter and less narcoleptic horse breed that uses its free hands to shield its eyes and wooden greaves to protect its delicate shins. Black Hinox go to the next level by donning metal greaves and encircling themselves with bomb barrels that they enthusiastically toss in your direction.
The basic tactic for defeating any kind of Hinox is to arrow its large, defenseless eye and then scream at it until it falls. I suggest aiming for their eye rather than their legs to avoid being attacked, but you can also burn the Blue Hinox's greaves on fire and knock them down.
Fights against Hinox were considerably easier after I obtained Tulin's spirit and finished the Wind Temple. I found that even Black Hinoxes were manageable after acquiring a Lynel Bow. After you've beaten the huge guys down, switch to a heavy melee weapon, such as a Talus Hammer. You can quickly deplete the Hinox's health with just a handful of spin attacks. Do this again and again until they die once they're up on their feet.
