The weapon is found after you defeat the mini-boss in Act 2, Stage 2, which is located in the Gardens realm. After the mini-boss is defeated, the Tesla Gun will appear on the ground right next to the exit portal. Simply pick it up to permanently add it to your inventory.It's important to note that you cannot immediately use a newly unlocked weapon in the same run you found it. You must complete your current expedition and then equip the Tesla Gun from the weapon workbench in the main lobby before your next dive.
