In Zelda Echoes of Wisdom, after beating Smog, you will be able to complete the quest "Let's Play a Game" given by an NPC named Sago. By the end of this fight, players won't just get Rupees but also one Heart Piece.

Besides, after Zelda defeats Sago in battle, she can have a talk with him, through which an Ancient Charm accessory will be provided to uplift defense tremendously.
