Unlocked automatically after completing Chapter 12, the Mastema White Reaper is one of the most powerful level 60 Skells
available. However, gathering the required materials is no easy task.

Alternative Method: Material Tickets
If farming enemies sounds tedious, you can use Material Tickets to purchase most of these items (except Ouroboros Crystals and Miranium) from the Material Market. You’ll need 3,300 tickets to buy everything.
Crafting the Mastema White Reaper
Once you have all the materials:
Head to Armory Alley in NLA.
Interact with the AM Manager console.
Select Develop New Gear → Skell Frames.
The Mastema White Reaper will be the sixth option from the top.
