You can purchase both wooden and metal signs from Bleuball's Boutique, which is located near Ray's Realty.

• Bleuball's Boutique Inventory: This store offers a variety of wares, including signs, watches, and chains.
• Sign Prices:
  • Wooden Signs: Cost $10 each.
  • Metal Signs: Cost $20 each.
• Bulk Buying: The relatively low cost of these signs makes it easy to purchase them in bulk if you plan on extensive organization of your shelves, communicating with your co-op partners, or decorating multiple properties.
• Other Items: While the primary focus here is signs, Bleuball's Boutique also sells expensive alcohol, though its current purpose in the game appears to be decorative rather than for consumption.

Bleuball's Boutique is situated towards the bottom of the Schedule 1 map. Here's how to find it:

• Look for the central canal that runs horizontally across the lower-middle section of the map. This canal is above landmarks like the Car Wash, Body Shop, and Gas-Mart.
• Bleuball's Boutique is located directly east of this central canal area. It's below the Town Hall, the eastern Gas-Mart, and the Hyland Police Station.

Important Notes for Visiting Bleuball's Boutique:

• Operating Hours: The boutique is open from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM in-game time, so make sure to plan your visit accordingly and arrive during business hours.
• Payment Method: Bleuball's Boutique only accepts card purchases. Ensure you have sufficient funds deposited into an ATM or through businesses like the Laundromat before visiting the store.

How to Write on Signs in Schedule 1:

Once you've purchased your signs, you can place them on any property thatyou own. Unlike some other items, you are restricted to placing signsonly on your owned locations (e.g., your Motel room, grow houses, etc.). You won't be able to place them freely around the general map.

To write a message on a sign:

Place the Sign: Open your build/furniture menu and place the sign in your desired location on your property.

Interact with the Sign: Walk up to the placed sign and press the "E" key (or your designated interaction button). This will open a text input field, allowing you to type your message.

Type Your Message: Enter the text you want to display on the sign.
