While sometimes using Ubisoft Connect to bring people together is not intuitive, we will explain how to invite friends without problems, let's see.

How to invite friends in XDefiant?


To invite and add friends to your friends and groups list, you must use the Ubisoft Connect app. Fortunately, the game offers cross-platform play, meaning you can play with your friends on all supported platforms. Follow the steps below to add friends to your list:

  • Start XDefiant.
  • From the main menu, click Social in the top right corner.
  • Click "Invite to Party."
  • Click the search bar, enter your friend's Ubisoft Connect username and press Enter.
  • When you see your friend's username in the list, click Add. Once you do this, your friend will be added to your friends list and you can invite them to your group.

Also, remember that you can add friends from the Ubisoft Connect app without having to start XDefiant. The process is the same except that the friends list options are on the right side of the app interface.

Inviting friends to a party is the same as adding them to your friends list. That is how:

  • Start XDefiant.
  • From the main menu, click Social in the top right corner.
  • Click "Invite to Party."
  • Find your friends in the list and click the blue "Invite" button.
  • Repeat the above operation to add more friends to the group. Click the "Invite" button to invite friends to join your group.

The process is the same on both PC and consoles. After creating your group, you can go to the Play menu and select a playlist. You will join a group and become part of the same team. XDefiant teams can have up to six players, so keep that in mind when inviting them.
