Purgatory on Hellspawn, a terrifying take on Rebirth Island, is a new limited-time mode in Warzone that debuted in season six. It features eight challenges, each of which offers a different reward.
In two of these Warzone challenges, you'll need to use the Terriballs to get kills. This isn't an easy task, especially because you don't know what they look like and the balls aren't marked on the map. Here is all the information you need to begin obtaining crucial eliminations on Purgatory Island in Warzone with the Terriball.
Where to Find Terriballs
Terriballs, massive red orbs, appear on Warzone Purgatory Island near the safe zone and roofs as matches begin. Every game has a limited supply of Terriballs usually three or four and their mid-map spawning are completely at random.
Terriballs are easy to move around, so if you can't find one, just keep moving around the area. Other players may have been trying to get kills with them, so you'll soon spot one.
Because of their similar size, shape, and coloration, it's easy to confuse a Portal with a Terriball. As you return to the Warzone island, keep an eye out for multiple gleaming spheres that are red in color. Upon passing through these ground-based portals, you will be redeployed to an unpredictable spot on the battlefield. However, Terriballs aren't to be confused with, as they are considerably less sparkly and can be pushed around easily.
Warzone Purgatory Island: How to get kills with the Terriball
at Purgatory Island of Warzone, the Terriball is most effective when used at chokepoints, such as the area around the pier near Industries and Harbor's building. In order to fast rack up Terriball kills, we suggest the following:
- Quickly after touching down on the island, locate a Terriball.
- Take the ball inside a building, like the Harbor, and send it whizzing around.
- Make sure you merely take out adversaries before completing downed Operators by shooting or pushing the Terriball into them.
Even if it swiftly moves out of bounds while being pushed, it will rapidly bounce back over the water and travel back to a position close by. Keep the ball away from walls; if you do, it will bounce back and topple you. To avoid harm, either fire the ball from a distance or hold on to it while you move it.
Two challenges involving the ball of death are available in Warzone's Purgatory Island event: 50 Mercenary killings and three Operator killings with the Terriball.
