Our guide today aims to explain to you How to get flashlight in Gray Zone Warfare.
In Gray Zone Warfare, the introduction of the Day and Night Cycle makes torches and other seemingly little equipment much more important. Other than lighting up the dark, this gear will also show you concealed targets that you would have missed.
This new technique will see easier implementation if you know where to find and how to use flashlights in GZW.
How to get flashlight in Gray Zone Warfare?
You get two flashlights in your locker when you start Gray Zone Warfare Night Ops upgrade on Standard Edition. You won't go wrong with any edition equipped with Surefire P1R Peacekeeper Flashlights and other survival-enhancing gear. The multipurpose NStar Light is available in the Gunny Vendor store for an inexpensive $96 - in-game.
You have access to a range of different tactical devices, including an infrared flashlight. Because infrared is not visible to the human eye, these lights won't be detected by the enemy. This object, however, may not be available until later in the game, after you have leveled up. You may be able to purchase them through the new and improved shop, stumble upon them while exploring, or receive them as a reward for completing missions. Same case goes to normal flashlights, too - this type is not available at the store for purchase as well. So, this is it until you look for other flashlights for a substitute in case of misplacing the two you possess.
How do you use Flashlight in Gray Zone Warfare?
Gray Zone Warfare's flashlight is turned on using the "T" key, which will be perfect for your tactical devices when on a mission in the night. You can open the Tactical Menu by holding down the 'T' button to see what gear you have. Make sure your build has the correct attachments, though, as the interaction could be useless if not set up correctly.
With many attachments being available to customize your setup, I will zero focus on the M4A1 found in your locker. For lighting, the NStar Light mounted on its Rails or with a combination using the V-Block and P1R can be utilized as a flashlight. You may wish to check your inventory for the V-Block and P1R before purchase. The first wipe of the update will erase all your old gear from launch, so just be aware of that.
And if you're running and you lose your M4A1, you may want to buy a new one from a vendor. Or, you know, you can't find the flashlight attachments you need in the store. My discovery- this, is where you cannot mount anything from a tactical device inside those designs. You shall have it with the DD RIS II 9.5 Handguard. For that group of people who had that not included in the scheme, well, find ways.
The good news is that pistols with attachable spotlights are far easier to reach. The NStar Light should be compatible with any Glock 17 build, including the ones in your locker. It also functioned properly when I tried it with the ones sold by the Gunny Vendor.
Your builds will evolve as you go through Gray Zone Warfare's storyline. Your Reputation affects the Items Sold by Merchants, allowing you to purchase Higher Quality Equipment. To survive, you can use the starter items I mentioned above, or experiment with other flashlight assemblies you can craft with the equipment you have. For an extra degree of stealth, you can also experiment with using your night vision goggles in conjunction with a flashlight. Hostile gear within a small radius can be disabled when NVGs are toggled off by high-powered light sources.
There doesn't seem to be a need for batteries during gameplay with the flashlight. My stock has never depleted, even in high usage. However, the light does tend to attract some attention, so you become an easy target to your foes. Utilize your Tactical Device wisely, and stick to the shadows if you can.
We conclude this guide on How to get flashlight in Gray Zone Warfare, hoping that the information provided here can help you in your search.
