They will be able to get the quick travel in Towers of Aghasba when they activate the gateway.
How To Fast Travel in Towers Of Aghasba?
In Towers of Aghasba, two locations are needed to find and unlock the Portals before the player will be allowed to fast travel. Approach the Portal when ready and press Use. The map of Aghasba will then become available.
Clicking the Portal icon at the bottom of the map will filter the results to show only the Portals. If you haven't patched up the building yet, the yellow portals denote that you have. Now, choose a yellow Portal from one of the Towers of Aghasba and click on it to teleport to that location.
In most instances, you'll find Portals at places of worship or villages.
Portal Key to the Towers of Aghasba and How to Open It
To open the Portal and get the teleport ability in Towers of Aghasba, players will need to complete the main quest all the way to when the player arrives at mainland. When you reach Ishaya Island, you'll have three speaking NPCs in regard to the Restoring Midhaven mission.
Head to the Portal and speak with Dada. She'll ask you to fix the structure. You can repair the Portal and enable fast travel to and from Midhaven for 30 Amity. You must first fix another teleport device before using the Portal.
The most efficient course of action once the Midhaven teleport point is unlocked is to return to Amani Island atop the Harelope after completing the Towers of Aghasba quest (A Mount For Your Trouble Quest), which awards a mount.
By spending 20 Amity, after reaching the first town in Amani Island, players should be able to repair the Portal gadget. It will give fast teleportation between the two towns of Shimu. By this, the player shall be allowed to reach both the Storage Boxes, which will be a great help.
