• During the "Pain Relief" quest, you will need to create a potion with carnations at an alchemy station or by using your fueled bonfire.

Generally, Carnations are wild floraoften found wherever flowers thrive, such as in gardens, verdant fields, and other areas that support plant life in the Horns of the Southregion.

• If you see a lot of green grass and blooming flowers in open fields, keepan eye out for their distinctive white-pink petals dotted across thelandscape.

You can also purchase Carnations from Jann Heber for four coins each. He sells them in his quarters at the Horns of the South fortress during the "Pain Relief" quest.

1. Horns Of The South Fortress

The most convenient and reliable location to find Carnations is within the Horns of the South Fortress, located in the southwestern portion of the game's opening area.

• Inside the Garden: Head to the garden area with a large tree in the center, surrounded by various kinds of flowers. Here you'll find several groups of carnations:
  • Four carnations are directly at the base of the tree.
  • Two carnations are next to the bench to the northeast.
  • Two carnations are next to the eastern bench.
• Outside Along the Wall: Just outside the Horns of the South fortress, along the wall adjacent to the fast travel point, you'll discover another group of four carnations.

2. Forgotten Cemetery

• Location: Just to the northwest of the Forgotten Cemetery, you'll find a group of four carnations right past the perimeter along the road.
• Navigation: To reach them, go past the Ancient Crypt and past the broken fence.

3. Abandoned Stronghold

• Location: South of the Abandoned Stronghold and north of the Forgotten Cemetery,in the open field in the middle, you'll locate a small group of two carnations next to a mossy rock.
• Navigation: When you find the large rock, simply circle it, and you'll find the carnations nestled nearby.

4. Blood Cave

• Location: You'll find a patch of seven carnations at the base of a tree in the Blood Cave, which is hidden beneath Blood Lake.
• Navigation: To access this location, you must first defeat Mallory during the "Blood Stains the Circle" quest. After the fight, you'llfind the carnations along the base of the tree in the center of a roundroom at the end of a linear path within the cave.
