Not all sprites handle fish. You need to find the specific sprite in charge. Head to the waterfall area in Zephyr Town, which is located just to the left of your farm. Here, you will find Finley, the sprite who specializes in fishing.

Step 2: Donate Fish to Increase Your Level

To improve fish quality, you must increase your friendship level with Finley. Engage in the following action:

• Talk to Finley and select the “Share Fish” option.
• Donate any fish from your inventory to him. The type of fish does not matter;the goal is to accumulate friendship points through repeated donations.

Step 3: Reach Friendship Level 4

Quality upgrades occur at specific friendship milestones. You need to reach Level 4 with Finley to see a change. This requires donating a significantnumber of fish.
