In case you don't know, your battle power is the measure of the strength of your entire camp in State of Survival. The more you upgrade your buildings, recruit more soldiers to join your side and level up the amount of space available to you, the more battle power you will have available.

One important thing to note is that if you are upgrading troops it will briefly show that your overall battle power has decreased. That's not the cast, not until the upgraded troops arrive.
The decline is because those troops are gone, but when they return, they get stronger.
