This time we return with an explanatory guide with the objective of explaining How to decorate ships in Starfield precisely. What to know about decorating ships in Starfield?
The Starfield 1.11.33 update finally allows us to decorate the interior of our ship and add personality as we travel through the galaxy. Starfield is Bethesda's largest project, with over 1,000 planets to explore and deep systems like outposts, shipbuilding, and more. However, many fan-requested features are still missing, such as the ability to customize the interior of your ship. Now, update 1.11.33 finally brought this mechanic to the game, and here's How to decorate ships in Starfield.
How to decorate ships in Starfield?
To change the interior of our ship, we start by opening the scanner and selecting the "Decoration" option. Additionally, there is now a button in the cockpit that we can press to start customization, but its location will change depending on the design of the ship. Either of these methods will put us in construction mode, which works in the same way as building an outpost. From here, we can start crafting items using crafting resources instead of the usual shipbuilding credits. They can then be moved and placed freely in any room to give each room a unique atmosphere. However, it should be noted that although the selection of decorations is quite extensive, not all items found on the poles are included, possibly due to the smaller space.
The best way to decorate our ship
The best way to start decorating our ship is to use our new empty homes. While we can decorate any existing room on any ship, they are a blank slate that can be customized from scratch. We can buy these empty apartment buildings at any ship filling station in various ports in the galaxy. They have been added as new variations of existing houses, so let's go to our preferred layout and go to the empty option. Although some rooms are marked as separate rooms, such as the Armory, they are not furnished, so we can transform them into whatever we want.
In conclusion, knowing How to decorate ships in Starfield is interesting, because we have an incredible option to improve the visual focus of our ship in this incredible game.
