To put you in context, Fabian Richter is a Nazi enforcer who is Karl's main target during mission 3. Richter uses bad methods to extract news and information from people, so the local resistance will want to eliminate him.

The first thing you have to do is go to the top of the Abbey, to meet Richter at the meeting. Finding the meeting completes the main objective.

In the meeting place, you will find four doors from which you can access the room, but all of them require keys. So instead, you'll need to head west of the meeting room to reach another room, in which there's a ladder and a guard. You will have to kill the guard > go up the ladder to spy.

If the guards come out, you will have to find a way to avoid them.
