As you make your way further into the save location in this building, you will happen to pass by Neely's Bar along the way. There is a piece of paper on the counter, so be sure to grab it and view which pieces you are missing. Well, Groovy's got the pieces you're missing, and the guy's hanging out around the pharmacy, apparently in Apartment 9 of the Saul Apartments. You can go either way, your choice.
How to Open Apartment 9
Now head south toward the flats to find out who managed to bust the jukebox. To head southwest of Neely's Bar, you'll need to go past the drugstore. While you have seen a few enemies so far in your playthrough of Silent Hill 2, you won't see anything new this time.
Once at the ground floor, the apartment you want to get to is located on the top floor. You cannot directly make your way towards this location due to the extended destruction. Otherwise, the key to Apartment 5 can be retrieved from the manager's office bulletin board on the first floor level. This will give you a way into Apartment 2, which leads you directly to Apartment 9.
When you get to the top, there's a cutscene where you try to enter a room that's locked; the door slams shut on you. Or you can just enter the bathroom and stick your hand in to feel around in that large hole in the wall. Won't this stop in Silent Hill 2, even though it can put you in harms way? You gotta find the Jukebox Key. In order to turn it on, push this key on the jukebox so you could progress further toward the completion of it.
Record repair
Your journey's second destination welcomes a record store in Silent Hill. On the other side of town is a place called Groovy Music. Silent Hill 2 demands that you should be able to navigate around them, just like the apartments. Gear up for more adversaries as you make your way up them. There could be a possibility of higher risk level compared to the apartments because Groovy Music has more opponents compared to them.
Upstairs at the record store, you'll see there is a note on the counter. The owner had, upon arrival, attempted to make amends with the janitor who had broken the jukebox. The janitor had asked the store owner to fix this broken record, and the owner had suggested using glue. All the janitor had was half of the record. All that will be needed to put it together is the use of the second piece, which you have previously obtained.
Head towards the rear of the store and smash out the window on the coffee table to find the record's second half and some glue. Once you have both of these items in your inventory, you can fix the broken record. Well, there's still one more item needed to fill out the Silent Hill 2 jukebox. The very last thing that you need to turn on the jukebox is a coin.
Coin location guide
The coffee shop on the eastern part of Silent Hill is the last needed stop. During your game, you would've probably sprinted right past this location heading to Neely's Bar. Entry to this place is a breeze compared to apartments and the record store. Just go in through the front door and go behind the counter. The register only operates by turning the key on top. Then, to get Neely's Jukebox currency, hit the key to open the register.
Go back to Neely's bar with everything in your inventory and assemble it there. The jukebox now will be playing once more, and hitting C2 will play the song out. You'll now have a key to Neely's bar to unlock the back room and continue Silent Hill 2 - there's a small cinematic first.
