Here's how to find its blueprint and craft this essential piece of equipment in RuneScape: Dragonwilds.

How To Find The Anti-Dragon Shield Blueprint In RuneScape: Dragonwilds:

The blueprint for the Anti-Dragon Shield is tied to the Dragon Slayer main Questline and can be found within a Dragonkin Vault located in the Whispering Swamp zone.

Reach the Whispering Swamp: Progress through the Dragon Slayer quest until you are directed to the Whispering Swamp.

Locate the Dragonkin Vault: Follow the main road leading to the northeastern side of the Swamp.

Identify the Vault Entrance: Look for a distinctive blue glowing door. This indicates the entrance to a Dragonkin Vault.

Traverse the Vault: Enter the dungeon and navigate its corridors and challenges.

Find the Secret Section: You will eventually reach a specific area characterized by traps and guarded by 3 Vault Guardians.

Recognize the Zone: This secret section has a unique layout: a three-pronged path with two dead ends. The only viable path forward leads to the backroom of the vault. The Anti-Dragon Shield blueprint is likely located within this backroom or in the area immediately surrounding the Vault Guardians.

Important Note for Dragon Slayer Quest: If you are currently on the Dragon Slayer quest that requires exploring this Vault, remember that the quest target (a pack of dead goblins and an agonizing goblin NPC) is located on the other side of the Vault from the secret section. Be sure to interact with the agonizing goblin NPC to gather the necessary information for your quest before leaving the Vault. There's a risk that this NPC might bug out and become unresponsive if you return later without speaking to them initially.

How To Craft The Anti-Dragon Shield In RuneScape: Dragonwilds:

Once you have successfully found theAnti-Dragon Shield blueprint, you will need to gather a collection ofrare materials to craft it at a Smithing Anvil (which must be placed under a roof). The required ingredients are:

• 12x Blightwood: This special type of wood is obtained by cutting down trees near the Bloodblight Swamp. Look for the whitened roots that protrude from the ground around these trees. Be extremely cautious in this area, as it is riddled with poisonous water and enemies. It is highly recommended to bring Fortifying Crunchies or Kebabs to provide Poison Resistance while harvesting Blightwood.
• 4x Wild Anima: This rare resource is typically obtained by defeating powerful, untamed creatures found in more dangerous regions of Ashenfall. The specificTier 3+ animals that drop Wild Anima may vary, so exploration and combat in challenging zones will be necessary.
• 4x Hard Leather: To acquire Hard Leather, you will need to hunt Tier 3 or higher-level Animals (such as Wolves, which are often found in the Stormtouched Highlands or deeper areas of the Fractured Plains) and then Tan their skin at the Tanner's Kit. Upgrading your Tannery might be necessary to process hides from higher-tier animals into Hard Leather.
• 6x Opal: Opals are gemstones that are typically found by mining specific mineral deposits in certain regions or as rare drops from particular enemies.Explore mining areas and be thorough in your looting.
• 8x Vault Shard: As the name suggests, Vault Shards are obtained from Dragonkin Vaults. You will need to have explored these dungeons previously and collected a significant number of these shards.
• 1x Vault Core: Similar to Vault Shards, Vault Cores are also found within Dragonkin Vaults, but they are likely rarer and may be obtained from more challenging encounters or deeper sections of the vaults.

Once you have gathered all of these rare materials and have a Smithing Anvil constructed within a sheltered area, you can combine them to craft thepowerful Anti-Dragon Shield. This exceptional defensive item boasts a Block stat of 39 and offers partial protection from all elemental types of Dragon Breath attacks, making it an invaluable asset for surviving encounters with theformidable dragons of RuneScape: Dragonwilds.
