A mode in which you cannot trust others and having to navigate the map alone could be interesting, since one of the central elements of the game is teamwork and cooperation between players.
Notably, from a competitive perspective, players can use 1v1 mode to improve their skills in a low stakes environment without affecting their in-game ranking. This mode allows you to learn new operators and weapons while adjusting to the balance between upgrades and new maps. It can also serve as a warm-up or entrance area before qualifying begins.

How to open a private 1v1lobby in Rainbow Six Siege?

To invite your friends and join the game, you need to follow a few simple steps. So let's first look at how to create a custom 1v1 lobby with the right game settings. To do this, be sure to follow the steps below.

You need to open the main menu and click on the play button.
Click the Customize Game label.
Then, you click the “Create Online” button. (You can create a local lobby if you and your friends are on the same local network.)
Next, click Create new playlist.
A configuration panel will open where you must give a name to your new playlist.
You can give it any name like "1v1".
Then click Add Match, when you click "New Match", you will see some options. They will allow you to change and adapt the rules of the game to your needs.
One thing to note is that you can add multiple rounds to a single playlist by clicking "Add Game" again, and each round can be played on a different map with unique settings.

Once you've edited a playlist, you can save it permanently by clicking Save Playlist. Your recently saved playlist appears in the Custom Games tab. If you select it and click "Create as a player", you will be taken to the lobby. You can use Ubisoft Connect to invite your friends to the lobby. After joining the lobby, you and your friends must be on different teams for 1v1 mode. Now that everything is ready, simply click "Start Now" and you can start playing 1v1 game mode with your friends.
