How to Tie Up Civilians in Payday 3

In the world of Payday 3, effectively controlling the situation and achieving your objectives often requires the ability to tie up civilians. The first step in tying up civilians is to take them as a human shield. To do this, approach a civilian from behind. Once you are in close proximity, press the F key to activate the Take Human Shield option. Your character will quickly grab the civilian, using them as a shield against any potential threats.

Now that you have a civilian as a human shield, it's time to safely incapacitate them by shoving them to the ground. Press the Q key to initiate the shove action. This action will cause the civilian to be thrown to the ground, ensuring they are no longer a threat.
